We said goodbye to Evie dog yesterday and whilst it was an incredibly tough decision, we knew the time was right.
I’ve spent just under half of my life (16.5 years) with this girl by my side and I feel incredibly blessed to have done so. Needless to say we are heartbroken, but at the same time incredibly fortunate to have spent so much time with Evie in our lives.
She had the kindest soul and the most gentle nature, and she brought so much love into our lives every single day. It’s hard to imagine life without her, without the routines and her presence that became such a huge part of who we are.
We will miss her more than words can ever really express, but we’ll carry her with us forever.
